Juan Ramon Diaz

Don Juan Ramon Diaz and his wife Jenny Bustamante are the owners of finca Ojo de Agua in Dipilto, Nueva Segovia, Nicaragua. Doña Jenny has been working hard to produce amazing quality coffee for many years. Her hard work paid off when finca La Dueña(previous name, before Ojo de Agua) won 1st place at the Cup of Excellence '14 with a Red Pacamara. Don Ramon has made a commitment to quality. He is a small coffee producer with his own processing mill, giving him complete control of the quality of his coffee from farm to cup. He has heavily invested in his state of the art infrastructure and is constantly innovating. Next harvest season Don Ramon will be lending us his space, so we can experiment with different post-harvest processing methods.
